If we could have one lifetime wish.
And one dream that could come true.
We would pray to God with all our hearts
Just to see and speak to you.
A thousand words won't bring you back.
We know because we've tried.
And neither will a million tears.
We know because we've cried.
You've left behind our broken hearts and precious memories too.
But we never wanted just memories.
We only wanted you.Mahatma Gandhi This memorial was created in memory of Buddy. A son, a brother, a husband, and a friend to many, but most importantly a father. He was born in Texas on Febuary 27 1975. I knew the moment that I saw him that he was going to be one I would have to protect all his life, he was ugly, bald and big but as the years went on he grew up to be the most beautiful son any mother could wish for. He was always a big smile for us .I always told him he should have become a comedian, he was always making people laugh. He touch so many lives in more ways than one in the short time that he was with us. He fathered a beautiful daughter, one that is so much like him its scary. we love her just as much as him. He also raised a son that he tried to instill all that a man should be. Even though Chris was not his biological son we all loved him as if he was. We miss you so much and time will never heal our loss for its a daily pain that tears at our heart every moment of our lives. we will try to continue what you started with your children. We will be sure they know that you loved them more than life and share our many memories of you with them.

Buddy was a special person that you meet once in a lifetime and we are all so greatful that we had the chance to be apart of his life, even if it was only for a short time. You left an impact in this world that we will all remember for the rest of our lives. Rest peacefully dear son.Be at the gate to meet me and Merl when our time comes for we will be looking for you. We love you son.

A poem for Our Family...
His Journey's Just Begun
Don't think of him as gone away - His journey's just begun, life holds so many facets - this earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years.
Think of how he must be wishing that we could know today,
how nothing but our sadness can really pass away.
And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched... for nothing loved is ever lost -
and he was loved so much.
